The back of the card contains German text describing the first Joyful Mystery of the Rosary (The Annunciation) and a prayer to be used during the recitation of the Rosary, asking Mary to intercede on the reader’s behalf so that the reader may join Jesus in the Holy Communion. This card was printed in Köln, Germany by B.K. (possibly the publishing house of B. Kühlen) as part of their Rosenkranz (Rosary) Series.
