It contains small city plans and brief descriptions of the history and major sites to be found in Paris and nineteen other French cities.  The booklet invites soldiers to sightsee, \u201cso far as your military duties permit,\u201d but warns that \u201cthe only thing in this booklet that can be guaranteed is the terrain.
