Sara Citroni was selected to share her experience as a Goucher College student. Her story is especially significant because she was enrolled in the Goucher College Prison Education Program (GPEP) at the MCI-J Women’s facility in Jessup, MD during that time. Since her release, she has gone on to serve as the director of PREPARE, an organization dedicated to meeting the needs of returning citizens.
