Erica Gardner Oral History

Erica Gardner is the Director of Goucher College’s Office of Student Engagement and she is also
in her 2nd year of a PhD program at Morgan State University. She found out about the first-gen
at Goucher project after I sent her an email explaining what the project was about as well as
asking if she would like to be interviewed.
