James Randles III currently serves as the Coordinator of Office Operations at the Goucher Prison Education Partnership (GPEP). He is a second-year master’s student in the Master of Arts in Environmental Sustainability and Management Program at Goucher College. As a former GPEP student, James remains deeply committed to advancing educational equity and strengthening institutional support.
In 2023, James was honored with the Rhonda M. Dorsey Leadership Award, recognizing his outstanding leadership and dedication to community advancement. Beyond his work with GPEP, he facilitates programming for Chris Wilson’s Foundation Master Plan Program, further extending his impact in the realm of personal and professional development.
James is a United States Army Veteran, having received an honorable discharge in 2008. His diverse experiences—spanning military service, academic achievement, and nonprofit leadership—reflect a deep commitment to service, growth, and transformative change.
